Collection of your Personal Information

CapGun may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name. If you purchase CapGun's products and services it is done so through a third party service. CapGun does not store any credit card information other than the transaction identifier issued by the credit card processor. If you provide it, an email address can be notified when credits for the service are low. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future but will notify you by alert within your admin panel or by email if do so.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by CapGun. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the CapGun website.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through CapGun's public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others.

By using the service in its free mode, the results of web captures you command may be used in CapGun's public timeline and other forms and marketing and advertising. Once you have purchased credits all captures commanded from your account become private unless you opt in to allowing them to be made public.
